SUMMER CAMP 2024

• Rolph Road Daycare is offering a summer camp program at its school age site located at Rolph Rd School, 31 Rolph Rd, Toronto.
• Whether it is for one week or the whole of the summer, our camps are the ideal solution for children aged 3.8 – 12 years of age who require supervised activities when the school year ends. The camps are well planned, thoughtful and fun from beginning to end.
• The centre operates from 8 AM – 5:00 PM, with camp programs running from 9:00 – 4:00
• Hot lunches and two snacks are served during the day providing a well-balanced nutritional menu.
• All camps have indoor facilities for Smog alert / rainy days.
• Groups are kept small to ensure individual attention and safety.
• RECE’s with help from assistant daycare staff, provide stimulating programs in a caring environment.

ACTIVITIES

• Swimming. Planned times each week for school age children.
• Splash, water play for kindergarten children and for school age on non swim days.
• Field trips. Trips are planned on a weekly basis for children. These may include neighbourhood trips, trips using the TTC or school bus rentals.
• On site special activities including sports coach, Monkeynastics and mindful movements for kindergartens, ten-ten sports for school age, Mad Science, music for everyone.
• Creative activities, which includes Tye-dying T-shirts, baking, clay modeling, beading.
• Sports activities.
• Themed program weeks, i.e. Superheros, Master Chef, CSI week, Multicultural Week.

Before & After School Program at Rolph Road

Rolph Road/Leaside Daycare provides exceptional before & after school care to children from JK to Grade 6 right on Rolph Road School property. This year, we've enhanced our program to offer Kids Club for grades 4, 5 & 6!

What is it?

Our Kids Club program for students in Grades 4, 5 & 6 provides a warm and respectful environment where kids enjoy age appropriate programming based on their interests and needs, outdoor playtime, being with friends before & after school, and getting some (or all!) of their homework done (homework is supervised based on direction by the parents).

When does it run?

7:30am – 6pm (less class time) on regular school days.

PLUS: Full day (7:30 – 6pm) programming on PD Days, one week of Christmas Break & March Break is included.

Where is it?

Right at Rolph Road School! Drop off and pick up for Kids Club is easy because your kids will be escorted to and from their classes by our amazing staff!

Special Features: Healthy afternoon snacks, Homework Club, Kids Club Lounge (xbox, games, books etc…), Leadership Responsibilities, Babysitting courses and much, much more!
